Appointed by land agents The Crown Estate, OW-N Furniture were tasked with creating a fully flexible furniture solution for the launch of their new community hub in Pimlico. Located on the third and fifth floors of a grade II listed building in the heart of Pimlico’s urban village, the community hub floors were designed to provide tenants with rentable meeting rooms, hot desking solutions and breakout areas. With a focus on flexibility, creativity and customisation, OW-N’s curation of furniture has allowed these to be truly agile floorplates.

OW-N’s furniture selection includes Vitra’s Dancing Wall moveable partitions; a product designed to be a playful solution to the ever-changing landscape and requirements of the modern workspace. Used in conjunction with soft curtaining to create intimate meeting spaces or pushed apart to allow for large event and seminar areas.
Working closely with predominantly UK suppliers, in adherence with The Crown Estate's ESG policy and carbon neutral ambitions, we developed a range of bespoke solutions from mobile lockers to power and data integration into bespoke sized meeting tables.
