 The brief called for the creation of a warm, hospitable environment, encouraging tenants to use the spaces for meetings and events. In deliberate contrast to the architecturally driven interior, the furniture played a foundational role in enriching and layering the space to build atmosphere.

Through bespoke joinery, varied heights, and integrated landscaping elements, we crafted a series of distinct yet connected placemaking areas designed for work, rest, and conversation.
