OW-N were appointed by The Crown Estate to provide a considered turnkey FF&E solution over 6,000 sq/ft at 36 St. James’s Street. Occupying a prominent position on the corner of Jermyn Street, 36 St. James’s Street can boast institutions such as the Ritz and the Wolseley as its neighbours.

Collaborating closely with Bluebottle Interiors, OW-N were tasked with curating an FF&E package which considered, challenged and upheld the design intent of the scheme whilst delivering The Crown Estates ESG policies and commercial objectives. Using High-end townhouses as its design concept., the interior design was developed by Bluebottle blending warm colours with flowing drapery and atmospheric lighting to create a modern and uniquely homely look in this commercial workplace setting.

 

Considered finishes and fabrics selection from Kvadrat, Knoll Studio and Benchmark bring this homely concept to life. A bespoke Benchmark Victoria table sits proudly centre stage in one of the fixed meeting rooms – finished in Calcutta marble. Sit/Stand desks adorn the open plan, topped in soft warm grey laminate, further enhancing the practicality and modernity at 36 St. James’s.
