Devonshire’s LLP is a law firm which has been based in the City of London for over 150 years. They have called Salisbury House home for over 50 of those years and are now their anchor tenant in the elegant Grade II listed building overlooking Finsbury Circus. OW-N were appointed directly by Devonshire’s at concept stage to help consult and procure furniture for their new London HQ, home to over 150 members of staff driving the selection of furniture in-keeping to the design intent of Bluebottle’s vision.⁠

The furniture selected played to the strengths of the newly developed placemaking areas throughout the floors, creating a varied range of work settings. The scheme bridged the sensibility of design from residential through to commercial interiors which is illustrated throughout the client facing spaces.⁠

An in-situ refurb, OW-N were tasked with auditing their entire 20,000 sq/ft site across the Lower Ground, Upper Ground, and 4th floor at Salisbury House. Where possible OW-N retained and re-used as much of the existing furniture as possible. Working closely with the facilities and property team alongside the main contractor, we were able to successfully deliver a phased delivery and churn programme across several weeks and multiple floors.⁠

OW-N were also responsible for both furniture and lighting packages across the floors.⁠
