For IFX Payments’ new 16,000 sqft headquarters in the City of London, we were appointed to deliver a considered furniture scheme that brings together workplace functionality, with a strong hospitality influence.
The furniture selection was curated to create a variety of settings across the workplace; from meeting spaces to informal lounges, collaborative areas, and client-facing environments.

Summary

Each piece was selected to complement the wider architectural language, balancing clean contemporary forms with warm timber finishes, tactile upholstery, and natural materials.
Furniture throughout this space was chosen to create a relaxed, welcoming atmosphere while maintaining the flexibility required of a busy working environment. The result is a cohesive furniture landscape that supports the different ways people work throughout the day, while contributing to a warm and distinctive identity for IFX Payments.

The brief called for the creation of a warm, hospitable environment, encouraging tenants to use the spaces for meetings and events. In deliberate contrast to the architecturally driven interior, the furniture played a foundational role in enriching and layering the space to build atmosphere. Through bespoke joinery, varied heights, and integrated landscaping elements, we crafted a series of distinct yet connected placemaking areas designed for work, rest, and conversation.
