Collaborating closely with Bluebottle Interiors, OW-N curated an FF&E package that both upheld and challenged the design intent, while carefully aligning with The Crown Estate’s ESG policies and commercial objectives.

Drawing inspiration from high-end townhouses, the interior concept blends warm tonal palettes, flowing drapery and atmospheric lighting to create a modern yet distinctly homely character within a commercial workplace environment. Considered finishes and fabric selections from Kvadrat, Knoll, and Benchmark bring depth and tactility to the scheme.

A bespoke Benchmark Victoria table, finished in Calacatta marble, takes centre stage within one of the fixed meeting rooms, while sit/stand desks populate the open-plan workspace, topped in a soft warm grey laminate that enhances both practicality and contemporary appeal at 36 St James’s Street.
